Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account and personal data from any platform in the MadeInBlacc ecosystem at any time. Here is how it works.
Send us a deletion request
Email contact@madeinblacc.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or message us on WhatsApp. Include the email address or username linked to your account and the platform it belongs to (e.g. BlaccTheddiPost, Cowri, KARTHLOG).
We verify your identity
To protect your account, we will confirm the request came from you — usually by replying to the email or number registered on the account.
Your account and data are deleted
Once verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login details
- Personal information linked to your account
- Your email from our subscriber and update lists
What we may keep
We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse — for example, records of completed transactions. Any retained data remains protected under our Privacy Policy.
